Accounting Manager

We have partnered with an established construction company in the Atlanta area seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles and practices in the construction industry - Manage the construction accounting function, including general accounting and financial reporting - Oversee the construction accounting function, including revenue recognition and project accounting - Manage the accounting team - Work closely with external CPA firm on audit and tax matters Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance - 4+ years of experience - Exposure to the construction industry and knowledge of percentage of completion/job costing is a must Benefits: - 100% paid health insurance for employees - Up to 11% profit-sharing - 401(k) - PTO - 40 hour workweeks with very minimal overtime
