We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Manager to manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience working with financial data, and a solid foundation in accounting principles.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor communications, and payment execution
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including customer billing, payment application, and collections follow-up
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
  • Conduct basic financial analysis to support reporting and decision-making
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) to analyze and organize financial data
  • Assist with data analysis projects to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes

Basic Qualifications:

  • A few years of professional accounting experience in AP/AR or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid data analysis capabilities and an analytical mindset
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Netsuite is a plus

Salary Range: $75,000 - 115,000
