As a paid Accounting Intern, you will work directly with Monarch’s Accounting team, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of multifamily accounting operations. • See first-hand how accounting integrates with property management, asset management, and corporate operations

Why Monarch
Monarch operates differently than other real estate investment groups and that difference shows. We are among the top 10 multifamily owners in the country, operating 78,000+ apartments across 338+ communities in 25 states.

We do everything in-house: property acquisition, asset management, property management, maintenance, accounting, marketing, training, legal, IT, and even capital projects like parking lot seal coating, roof crews, and major exterior painting. As an intern, you’ll see how a full-service investment group operates, giving you experience unmatched by internships that rely on contracted management teams.
