🚀 What You’ll Do:
Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
Help review and organize financial documents to support audits, reporting, and month‑end close.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable, including tracking payments and updating records.
Work with project accountants to help monitor budgets, expenses, and project financials.
Assist with preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for internal teams.
Help maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial files and digital records.
Jump in on other finance and administrative tasks as needed — every day brings something new.
