Accounting Intern, Finance

We’re seeking a detail-oriented accountant intern to support financial operations, including month-end reporting, accounts reconciliation, audits, data management on NetSuite, payment processing, and financial analysis, contributing to accurate and efficient financial processes.

What You'll Do

• Assist with month-end financial reports
• Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
• Assist with audits
• Post journal entries
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
• Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory/assets
• Input accounting data into the NetSuite system
• Check data on NetSuite system to ensure that information is correct and the documentation is sufficient
• Support the payment processing team
• Support monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management
• Other tasks assign by CA
• Supporting other teams as needed

Who You Are

• A recognized university degree in Finance & Accounting 
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be experienced in ERP, Accounting System (an advantage)
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel.. is a must 
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
• Be able to commit to work full-time for at least 3 months
