What you will do:
Assist with incoming cash application, bank account reconcilaitions and open unposted items list preparation.
Prepare journal entries.
Execute the end-to-end T&E processing and auditing functions in Coupa
Manage the Corporate card program by running and monitoring weekly reports, including aging and card holder reports.
Assist finance team with various month end close tasks.
Assist finance team with special projects/tasks as they arise.
Assist finance team with audit tasks.
Who you are:
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
Strong attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
