Responsibilities:
Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes including data entry, invoice verification, and vendor communication.
Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
Assist in financial statement preparation and analysis under the guidance of senior accountants.
Support various accounting projects and initiatives.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
Support ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
Essential Functions:
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
Maintain professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Education and Experience Requirements:
BA or currently enrolled in a BA degree program in Accounting, Finance, or related field

AI Integration: Proactively leverages company-approved GenAI tools to automate routine tasks and accelerate high-value deliverables.
Strategic Oversight: Functions as the "Human-in-the-Loop," taking full accountability for auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.
Data Governance: Adheres strictly to AI security protocols, ensuring no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.
Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains.
