We are now looking for an Accounting Resource to the accounting department in Älmhult for the period beginning of June to end of August. We offer a challenging and inspiring role where you will have the possibility to be a part of a great team working together to support the business in the best possible way.

Are you ready to grow with us during this summer?

As an Accounting resource you will be a part of the accounting team and work mainly in our processes for supplier invoices, ledger administration and monthly closures. You will also be part of the work that our accounting teams continuously do to improve our processes to gain efficiency and quality in our deliveries and support the business and stakeholders.

The focus areas and responsibilities are:

• Daily accounting tasks
• Support our stakeholders
• Process supplier invoices and expense claims according to global and local routines
• Maintain/setup of master data in our financial systems.
• Be part of the closure process, run reports, and do analysis and investigations of specific areas connected to the accounting processes.
• Actively participate in the work to increase efficiency and quality and to improve the processes

To be successful in this role you need to:

That you have a good interest in accounting, tax and VAT area and have finished minimum 1 year of higher education in Sweden with the focus in economics and accounting and have knowledge in Swedish accounting regulations.

• Be accurate, analytical, and able to complete your tasks efficiently.
• Have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and experience from working with financial systems.
• Be curious and open to new ways of working and strive to improve processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in economics

As a person you are positive, a good team player and have very good communication skills.

The positions are placed in Älmhult. If you choose to commute to Älmhult, the office is a stone's throw from the train station, and the shuttle buses to Helsingborg leave right outside IKEA of Sweden.
