We are looking for an Accounting Assistant based in Budapest, Hungary. You will be in close cooperation with Finance Teams located in Prague, Copenhagen and Budapest.  

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing account payables, expense and commuting claims, travel reports 
  • Simple bookkeeping and controlling agenda 
  • Being a direct link between our employees and the stakeholders 
  • Contract management 
  • Reporting to the state authorities 
  • Taking on administrative tasks 
  • Participating in projects focused on the implementation and optimization of processes e.g. attendance tools, expense management, ERP 

Requirements

We are seeking a person who is good at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. You are proactive, focused on quality in your work, interested in acquiring new knowledge, and eager for continuous development. 
 
Furthermore, you have the following competencies: 

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree relevant for the job 
  • Work experience in the accounting/finance area (1 or 2 years) 
  • Microsoft excel skills 
  • A detailed-oriented mind 
  • You are a team player  
  • Good communication and presentation skills 
  • Fluent in Hungarian and communicative in English 
  • Keen to work in the international environment
