General Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Assistant - General Ledger, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Ledger Team with various data entry processes and standard accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate processing of AWL Insurance Agency’s carrier commission statements in NetSuite, appropriate application of payments from the carriers, and providing support to the accounting and finance teams in entering data and handling ad hoc projects. Your work will be instrumental in maintaining seamless accounting processes and contributing to the achievement of departmental goals.
