Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor invoices and oversee the timely processing of payments, while maintaining positive and professional relationships with suppliers and partners.

  • Provide administrative support within the accounting department, including communication with public authorities, service providers, drafting agreements, and managing correspondence.

Requirements

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Proven working experience as an Accounting Assistant for at least 2 years.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and the Greek tax framework.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Hyper Epsilon Net will be considered a strong asset.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and other office tools.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Excellent command of the English language is required.
