We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Accountant to join our organization in the Finance Team.

The Mission: 

• Provides financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts.
• Preparing reports. 
• Supports the Senior Accountant and the Accounting Manager in conducting and validating the accounting records that occur as a result of the economic activity of the company.
• Reports to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recording bank statements, controlling the movements of cash in the different bank accounts, and keeping them updated.
• Responsible for confirming and financing transfers.
• Help with the monthly accounts closing: Loans and grants.
• File the documents and administrative procedures.
• Keep the databases up-to-date: Accounts, Banks, Forms of collection and payment, assets, clients, and suppliers. 
• Contact with customers and the sales department.
• Deferred purchases (Warranties).
• Responsible for Payment of supplier invoices.
• Responsible for completing the Bank Position.

Requirements:

• 3-5 year experience in a similar position.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Experience in accounts payable (AP)
• Good level of English and Spanish
• Advanced level of Excel
• Experience with Business Central and/or Kissflow is a plus
