Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Manage accounts payable (AP) by processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring timely payments.

  • Oversee accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

  • Prepare bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects, audits, and reporting as needed.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on month-end close, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Visma or similar ERP systems).

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, reconciliation processes, and general ledger management.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Accounting qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent) preferred.

  • Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish language are considered as an asset (not mandatory).

  • Must be residing in Poland.
