Key Responsibilities:
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Manage accounts payable (AP) by processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring timely payments.
Oversee accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
Prepare bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects, audits, and reporting as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on month-end close, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Visma or similar ERP systems).
Strong understanding of financial principles, reconciliation processes, and general ledger management.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Accounting qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent) preferred.
Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish language are considered as an asset (not mandatory).
Must be residing in Poland.
