As we continue our international growth, we are looking for an experienced, ownership-driven Accountant who thrives working independently while maintaining close collaboration with our HQ finance team in the Netherlands. Contributing to the implementation and optimization of MS Dynamics modules and finance operations
Partnering with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and local stakeholders where needed
Identifying smarter ways of working and continuously improving financial controls and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally within a start-up, scale-up, or fast-growing international business
Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, hardware, or industrial environments is highly preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance across international business structures
Experience with month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Knowledge of IFRS and experience working with Dutch and/or broader European financial reporting structures is a strong plus
Experience with MS Dynamics CRM/ERP is highly preferred
Someone who works independently, takes ownership, and doesn’t wait to be told where the fire is
A strong collaborator who can work seamlessly with cross-border teams and stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English
Experience working in an international environment is a strong plus
You are curious, adaptable, and excited by growth, not intimidated by it
Requires availability to work from our Katowice office following its launch.
