What you'll do/ Trách nhiệm công việc:
Support the fraud-check process for driver and fleet cashouts.
Create postpaid replenishments using internal tools.
Manage payment-gateway operations and perform related reconciliations.
Prepare payments for operational expenses, driver and fleet cashouts, user deletions, user compensations, and corporate withdrawals through the bank portal.
Record bank-related entries in the accounting system.
Prepare the stock-sale list and free-item list.
Conduct the month-end stock count and prepare the corresponding stock-count minutes.
File and organize accounting documents.
Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager.
Hỗ trợ quy trình kiểm tra gian lận đối với các khoản rút tiền của tài xế và đội xe.
Thực hiện tạo các khoản nạp tiền trả sau bằng các công cụ nội bộ.
Quản lý hoạt động của cổng thanh toán và thực hiện đối soát liên quan.
Chuẩn bị các lệnh thanh toán thông qua cổng ngân hàng cho chi phí vận hành, thanh toán tiền mặt cho tài xế/đội xe, bồi hoàn cho người dùng, và các giao dịch rút tiền của doanh nghiệp.
Ghi nhận các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến ngân hàng trong hệ thống kế toán.
Lập danh sách hàng bán và danh sách hàng tặng miễn phí.
Thực hiện kiểm kê hàng tồn kho cuối tháng và lập biên bản kiểm kê tương ứng.
Sắp xếp và lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ đặc biệt hoặc phát sinh theo phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp/Trưởng phòng.

What you’ll need/ Yêu cầu đối với ứng viên:
At least 1 year experience in accounting fields;
Good in communication, hard-working, active in work, honest;
English: fair in reading and writing;
Computer: Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán;
Giao tiếp tốt, chăm chỉ, chủ động trong công việc, trung thực;
Tiếng Anh: Khá trong kỹ năng đọc và viết;
Tin học: Sử dụng tốt MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
