Currently we're looking for a Polish-speaking Accountant.
Salary: 5.800 - 9.000 PLN Gross (UoP)
Your main responsibilities will be:
- verification and booking invoices, delegations according to regulations.
- entering the bank statements into system and settle transactions and deposits in cooperation with Sales Team.
- take care of fixed assets and leasings issues (supervising and updating the data connected with fixed assets in cooperation with IT Ops Team).
- monitoring changes in accounting and tax regulations.
- supervising the flow of financial documents (identifying potential process improvements).
- preparing and supervising account reconciliations.
- coordinate accruals and prepaid expenses (RMK).
- preparation of CSO (GUS) reports.
- reviewing the documentation for all month-end processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of P&L and Balance Sheet (as well as other reports requested by the Supervisor/Department Heads/Board).
- cooperation with external institutions and ongoing collaboration with other teams within the company.
- preparing audit files and facilitating audits (internal and external).

Requirements
We want you on board if you:
- are native Polish speaker.
- have good command of written and spoken English (B2).
- have experience (2+ years) in finance or accounting department within company or shared service center or accounting office.
- have strong analytical and accounting skills.
- have a university degree in economics, accounting or finance.
- have good command of Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
- are well organized at work with the ability to prioritize and switch between tasks.
- are a fast learner, eager to try new solutions and tools.
- have developed communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- have ability to solve complex issues.
- have knowledge of accounting programs (experience with Enova and/or Saldeo will be an additional advantage).
