With measurable 10X ROI and over 20+ use cases, Kontakt.io is the go-to platform for better and faster care delivery operations. We’re looking for an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, tax reporting support, and month-end closings. You’ll work closely with both finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities

Accounting activities related to the Polish and American entities.

Record and reconcile cash accounts on a daily basis.

Record, track and pay vendors through accounts payable.

Record sales and purchase transactions in line with applicable accounting standards.

Assist with receivables and receivable collections.

Support the preparation of VAT and CIT tax declarations.

Take part in month-end and year-end closing activities (account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments).

Ensure accuracy of accounting entries following local regulations.

Collaborate closely with the finance team and other departments to maintain data integrity.

Support external/internal audit processes.

Support in preparing reports for NBP and GUS

Assistance with the fixed assets register.

What We’re Looking For

At least 4 years of experience in an accounting role

Saas/revenue recognition experience

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience in any accounting system (NetSuite, Optima, SAP etc.)

Advanced Excel skills and solid command of other MS Office tools.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

English and Polish proficiency at a B2 level or higher (written and spoken).

The role requires availability until 5 PM, based on US time zones.

Experience with the Polish accounting activities

Experience with NetSuite

Experience in preparing VAT returns
