We are seeking a capable and commercially minded Accountant to support the financial management of this multi-site business. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, meeting compliance obligations, and providing meaningful financial insight that enables informed decision-making across both brands as the organisation continues to grow.

This is a hands-on and varied role that sits at the heart of the organisation. As Accountant, you’ll work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure strong financial foundations are in place while also helping the business scale effectively across the centre network.

You won’t just be preparing reports — you’ll be interpreting them. From month-end and budgeting through to cashflow forecasting and supporting the centre leadership teams with financial literacy, your work will directly influence operational and strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate with centre leaders and operational teams, helping translate financial information into practical insights they can act on.
