Your Responsibilities
Verifying and booking of cost invoices and bank transactions
Monitor of account payable and account receivable transactions
Verifying and preparing data for month-end closing activities
Cooperation with the external accounting service providers
Record of “one-off” sales invoices and review of revenue
Ensure compliance with Polish GAAP, VAT, and CIT regulations, including accurate preparation and review of related financial documentation.
Cooperation with our entities located worldwide (Canada, United States, UK, UAE etc.)
Looking for improvements and process automation
Reconcile balance sheet accounts (like: cash, prepayments, accruals)
Process manual payouts to Fresha Partners in UAE and KSA
Perform review of P&L accounts in order to identify missing invoices, missing bookings (prepayments, accruals), etc.
Prepare / Review the Financial Statement in accordance with the group accounting policies
Prepare / Review VAT returns
Prepare / Review Income Tax Returns
Our Requirements
At least 4 year of experience in the accounting / finance field
Knowledge of Polish GAAP, VAT and CIT
Financial education background
Understanding of accounting and tax law
Very good knowledge of English
Very good knowledge of Excel
Being proactive with analytical skills and good attention to details
Good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Optional:
Knowledge of Sage Intacct (our accounting software), Optima (accounting software for Polish entity) & Transfer pricing
