We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant, who will oversee the accounting operations, perform day-to-day and closing activities according to group’s deadlines with full ownership of the tasks and in compliance with the group’s policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be based in our offices in Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt and will be reporting to the Chief Accountant.

How You 'll Make an Impact

  • Manage daily accounting operations and perform accounting tasks for group’s entities.
  • Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, reports and ensure timely data entry.
  • Calculate and post taxes, GL journals and accruals, assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a multinational and/or financial services company.
  • Familiarity with IFRS knowledge, knowledge on US GAAP will be considered as a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Must have a legal right to work in Egypt without the need for visa sponsorship.
