Responsibilities
- Reviewing, optimizing, supporting and organizing the whole recruiting process at Livit.
- Daily communication with our applicants.
- Support recruitment activities. Including interviews, publications, head hunting and administrations for the company and its startups.
- Ensure all applicants receive the best possible experience during the whole recruiting process
- Arrange documents with the legal and financial departments
- Outreach to different channels and universities to attract top talents
- Manage and create monthly career newsletter
- Ensuring all new hires receive a great on-boarding experience
- Develop and implement learning and career paths in our intranet
- Building sustainable relationships and position Livit on the marked to optimize recruitment
- Building partnerships with universities to support our Elite Student Program
Professional requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience within general recruitment
- Experience and skills within headhunting
- Experience with tech recruitment is a plus
- Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle processes
- English at business level - both written and verbal
- Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience
- Experience with mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
- Business user of Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
- Experience within General Affair, Office and Administrative Assistance is preferred
