Responsibilities 

Duties include, but not limited to

  • Download bank statements from various Group banking portals.
  • Reconciliation of Bank statements.
  • Uploading bank statements to ERP.
  • Posting of all journals and inter-company journals on the ERP.
  • Matching bank transactions to underlying bills, receivable and payable accounts in the accounting system.
  • Responding to all queries relating to banks.
  • Reconciling the payment partners accounts and GLs.
  • Adding new bank and customer accounts to ERP.
  • Continuous maintenance and improvement of templates and standard operating procedures.


Requirements

  • Big 4 accounting experience is mandatory
  • Must have worked with reporting assets held on behalf of clients. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in payments review and processing, with good attention to detail.
  • 2-3 years of experience in basic accounting and allocation of GL codes.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with foreign currencies.
  • Experience with Oracle’s NetSuite (preferable).
  • Understanding of processing payments in local and foreign currencies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
  • Excellent Excel and analysis skills. 
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the workings of virtual assets.
  • Preferably available immediately.
