As an Account Supervisor on our advertising team, you will direct collaborative partnerships between clients, internal teams, and account staff, results through innovative solutions and effective client management. You will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned brands, cultivate strong client relationships, and mentor junior talent to promote growth and excellence within the agency.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned projects from creative brief development to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment on client deliverables.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned categories, staying up to date on relevant brand and industry information to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage client relationships, engaging with mid to senior-level clients to build and maintain partnerships, and delivering marketing communications that meet client objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing/advertising plans for new/updated campaigns.
- Assist with fiscal management of client accounts, partnering with finance and project management to oversee budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely and effective project delivery, owning multiple workstreams, and providing insightful client reports on project status, budget allocations, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Utilize VEEVA for managing client MLR submissions and project workflows.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred), with 3-5 years of experience in an agency or marketing setting, ideally with a passion for the healthcare industry.
- 2+ Years pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience.
- Full understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Experience participating in brand planning.
- Prior experience with large scale campaigns.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and VEEVA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), with bonus expertise in digital, media, social, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling presentations and articulate strategic ideas.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to multitask and prioritize projects in a demanding environment.
- Strategic thinking with aptitude for initiative-taking planning, curiosity-driven learning, and innovative problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The anticipated salary range for this position will be $85,000-$115,000. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications. Spectrum reserves the right to modify this pay range at any given time.
