Predictable Revenue is a growing sales company headquartered in the Gastown area of Vancouver, BC. Built-in partnership with Aaron Ross, author of the award-winning and best-selling book “Predictable Revenue”.

 

We’ve built the Scaled program to jumpstart companies new to outbound sales and help them build successful teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

 

You will initially be looking after a small number of clients under the guidance of the Head of Strategy, who will act as your manager, supporting you with training, client onboarding, and overcoming any roadblocks. 

 

You will design, develop, and support SDRs executing outbound sales development campaigns while coaching clients in growth and Predictable Revenue.



Requirements:

 

  • Experience in business development and outbound lead gen is necessary. (SDR Manager, Account Executive, Team Lead)

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role.

  • Assertive verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills suitable for C-Level discussions.

  • Confidence to respectfully but firmly guide communication with a client in a particular direction.

  • Extremely organized with the ability to create structure in your daily routine to easily multi-task, quickly switching between client-facing interactions and project management activities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, problem solve with little direction, and easily change the way you work and the tools you use at the drop of a dime.

  • Familiar with Gmail and a cloud-based work environment.

  • Natural curiosity in technology with a comfort in analyzing metrics and learning from data.

  • Easily and quickly learn from failures and pivot to trying something new.

  • Project management skill set is a huge plus.

  • Degree or diploma in business or sales and marketing preferred.



What you’ll be getting up to:

 

  • Help our clients build their outbound lead generation campaigns (messaging, customer profile, target industries, market fit)

  • Analyse campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements

  • Design client playbook and execute a complete outreach program 

  • Build prospecting lists using our data suppliers and partners

  • Manage client relationships to achieve their goals

    • Meet weekly to report metrics, identify key items, campaign progress, and plan for upcoming campaigns

    • Manage expectations and get deliverables completed on time

    • Be the point person for organizing all parties

  • Manage, train, & support your SDR’s 

    • Oversee SDR outreach activities to ensure they are on the path to success

    • Ensure your SDRs deliver clients qualified leads for potential new customers

    • Weekly 1 on 1 with SDRs to check in on progress, coaching, and overall relationship building.

Generating leads is the first step of building a marketing and sales machine, because without leads you will not generate revenue. To start a business and grow it, you need ways to create predictable, scalable revenue, and learn “how to generate leads in business?”
