The Account Sales Representative is responsible for managing assigned client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role includes developing strong long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and actively expanding the company’s account portfolio.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Representative, Sales Representative, or similar sales role
- Strong passion for the beauty/makeup industry and ability to stay current with product knowledge
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Goal-driven, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Must own a reliable vehicle
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Process and follow up on paperwork (invoices, orders, etc.) to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular follow-ups after closing sales to ensure client satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions
- Escalate issues to account managers when necessary
- Present and upsell new or additional products and services to existing clients
- Prospect and approach potential clients via phone, email, and other methods to achieve sales targets
- Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, account status, and potential issues
