  • Base salary plus competitive commission ($75,000-$95,000 annually) depending on experience and performance

What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As an Account Representative, you’ll represent a highly respected funeral home partner in Milwaukee and play a vital role in the lives of families who are planning ahead. Through one-on-one appointments and engaging community presentations, you’ll educate, connect, and close with purpose.

 

You can look forward to growing your career as you:
 

  • Lead meaningful presentations: Host community education events that drive awareness and generate new preplanning appointments. With a strategic marketing team behind you to advertise and drive RSVP’s, you’ll be set up for success!

 

  • Connect and close: Meet with families in pre-scheduled, qualified appointments to guide them through the preplanning process and make secure decisions that bring peace of mind!
     
  • Deepen and foster relationships: Serve as the trusted liaison for our funeral home partner, the families they serve and fellow Advance Funeral Planners who support our vision to prearrange all families.

 

  • Chart a path to leadership: Receive expert training, earn your insurance license, and gain valuable experience that opens the door to future leadership opportunities.

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years experience required
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfortability working within a cross-functional space with multiple stakeholders
  • A passion for and comfortability with learning new systems and platforms quickly
