Objective


Reporting to the Director, Finance USA, this position will play an important role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, maintaining up-to-date account records, and assisting in the resolution of billing and payment discrepancies. The Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst will contribute to improving cash flow and reducing aged receivables by developing foundational skills in financial analysis, customer communication, and account reconciliation, while gaining exposure to best practices in credit and collections within a dynamic finance environment. 


Main Responsibilities


  • Guides financial- decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Manage day to day Accounts Receivables operations and ensure there is a process backup in place for every critical operation
  • Assist with the month, quarter and year end close-out accounting schedules
  • Support the execution of management’s SOX readiness plan. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures related to internal controls over financial reporting and SOX.
  • Communicate with external customers to ensure Business Partner master data is updated and complete


Technical Requirements:


  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related area.
  • MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • 3 years experience in accounts receivable, credit analysis or similar role.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables and other excel formulas (This is desirable)
  • Knowledge in accounting and internal controls (This is desirable)
