About the role

The Account Manager will be pivotal in supporting Two Chairs’ most critical payer partnerships. This high-impact role will provide day-to-day account management in support of our partner success strategy. The role combines account management, monitoring account health and identifying strategic opportunities based on data and trends, supporting the expansion of our relationships with health plans. 

You’ll work closely with the Director, Partner Success for each health plan as well as cross-functional partners to manage and grow our payer partnerships. You’ll support the Director, Partner Success to ensure we are meeting the day-to-day needs of the health plan. As partnerships grow and expand, you will implement new demand channels in collaboration with our internal teams.  

Core Areas of Responsibility

  • Monitor account health using dashboards, identifying data trends and potential shifts impacting the business.
  • Support development of the Account Health Scorecard, leveraging data tools to create standardized dashboards and templates.
  • Provide proactive support for the Director, Partner Success by monitoring data, highlighting opportunities or risks within the account and supporting development of materials to demonstrate value to the partner organization.
  • Lead and project manage implementation of new projects for each partner you are responsible for, including leading external facing meetings and driving the project to a successful launch.
  • Work cross functionally to identify other opportunities to demonstrate value for our payer partners, through examples like client testimonials, publications, other marketing materials, etc.
  • Provide day to day support for the payer partner organization as the first point of contact for issues with client complaints, data, reporting or other open items. 
  • Maintain and cultivate current partner relationships and develop new relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within our partners’ organizations.
  • Communicate regularly and proactively with internal stakeholders, providing transparency across Two Chairs on the health of each partner.

Impact and Success Indicators 

Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days:

  • Build a deep understanding of Two Chairs’ approach, services, and value proposition.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at Two Chairs, under the direction of the Director, Partner Success. 
  • Execute existing partner reporting and support ongoing meetings, while learning key metrics demonstrating account health. 

 You’ll be successful if you have:

  • Experience working with health plan accounts and relationships
  • Experience in Client Services or strategic partnership management 
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills: Ability to foster productive relationships both with health plans and internal cross-functional team, while managing multiple partners simultaneously and balancing priorities.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create and present data demonstrating account health in an easy to understand format. 
  • Operational and strategic excellence: An ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while holding yourself and others accountable for deadlines and deliverables and successfully navigating internal and external needs.
  • Adaptability and resilience in high-growth environments: A capacity to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings by adapting quickly to evolving priorities, maintaining a positive and proactive mindset, and bringing enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity to each day.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $100,000 - 135,000. The final offer is dependent on the qualifications and experience of the candidate hired. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $100,000 - $117,000. In addition this role offers a variable compensation component.
