About the role
The Account Manager will be pivotal in supporting Two Chairs’ most critical payer partnerships. This high-impact role will provide day-to-day account management in support of our partner success strategy. The role combines account management, monitoring account health and identifying strategic opportunities based on data and trends, supporting the expansion of our relationships with health plans.
You’ll work closely with the Director, Partner Success for each health plan as well as cross-functional partners to manage and grow our payer partnerships. You’ll support the Director, Partner Success to ensure we are meeting the day-to-day needs of the health plan. As partnerships grow and expand, you will implement new demand channels in collaboration with our internal teams.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $100,000 - $135,000. The final offer is dependent on the qualifications and experience of the candidate hired. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $100,000 - $117,000. In addition this role offers a variable compensation component.
