We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value
- Conduct regular account reviews and develop strategic account plans
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client retention goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in account management
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
