● Previous agency experience
● Proven experience in an agency setting (fast-paced, client-focused environment)
● Proficient on Mac and familiar with creative and productivity tools

● Ability to craft clear, concise messaging for client communications
● Comfortable collaborating with conservative Christian churches and mission-driven nonprofits
● Demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction
● Self-starter who thrives on working independently and efficiently
● Strong multitasking skills—able to pivot quickly between projects without losing accuracy
● Tech-savvy and eager to learn new apps and software
● Confident leading projects, guiding strategy, and collaborating with creative teams
