Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an Account Manager to be part of our growing sales force for our product, Convene. Convene is a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. Convene has already been recognized by reputable institutions across the globe. Responsibilities:

  • Report to the regional manager and the head of global customer success.
  • Manage approximately 20+ government accounts within the KSA region.
  • Actively reach out to clients and guide best practices for our software.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing accounts in the region.
  • Generate Upsell.
  • Generate Testimonial (Case Study, Video Testimonial, Reference Letter).
  • Maintain complete, correct, and contemporary information in the PD (Organizations Page, Deals Page, People, Activities, and Notes).
  • Conduct client onboarding and renewals as per the SOP.
  • Schedule high-level client feedback meetings with key stakeholders
  • Complete upgrades for clients using older versions
  • Ensure clients complete the Convene Subscription agreement.
  • Drive Change Management initiatives.
  • Conduct Admin, Secretary, and Board Member training sessions.
  • Deliver Refresher Session for all accounts.
  • Demonstrate the entire product, including existing and new features, and handle customization requests.
  • Prioritize and attend to direct customer requests promptly.
  • Mitigate customer termination requests and focus on retention.
  • Ensure no severe escalations from customers.
  • Complete all tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager and maintain attendance and productivity standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Support, Finance, Deployment, Legal, etc.
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings and report regularly.
  • Record all client interactions in the CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Background in SaaS or IT solutions.
  • Experience in account management within the software industry is preferred.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Based in KSA or willing to relocate within the assigned region.
