Job Description

ServiceCore is seeking a dedicated Account Manager with a strong background in SEO, PPC, and Web Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, be highly skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, and have an exceptional knack for communication.


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing our clients. You'll work closely with third-party contractors to ensure the seamless delivery of our services. Your role will involve setting up new websites, managing SEO and PPC strategies, and leading our Reputation Management efforts. This role will report to the Senior Director, Customer Marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met.
  • Managing the creation and deployment of new websites.
  • Collaborating with third-party contractors to fulfill client services.
  • Facilitating regular communication with clients and contractors, ensuring smooth project flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively managing and overseeing clients' Reputation Management strategies.


Required Skills & Experience

  • General understanding of SEO, PPC, and Web Development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage external contractors.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of driving client success in a digital marketing environment.


Work Environment

  • Casual, open-office environment
  • Tuesdays and Wednesday in office for local employees (free parking!)

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (Dependent on Experience)
  • 14 Company Holidays in addition to an Open & Flexible Time Off Policy
