Salted Stone is a full-service global growth agency and HubSpot Elite Partner looking for an
Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Account Manager at Salted Stone is the conductor of collaboration and efficiency. You will manage a select group of clients, acting as their dedicated liaison and ensuring every project is delivered with precision. You will synchronize project workflows with other team members, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner and is ready for client delivery in accordance with the project timelines. By meticulously managing project timelines, resources, and internal communications, you will directly contribute to the realization of Salted Stone’s vision for innovation and client satisfaction. In your new role as an Account Manager, you’ll get to:


  • Manage a roster of diverse clients
  • Effectively manage the onboarding/kickoff of clients
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams as it relates to timeline, budget, progress, etc.
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, emails, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Triage all incoming support requests from clients via email, calls, or our support ticketing platform
  • In conjunction with SME’s, prepare production plans based on contracted budgets and timelines, and ensure they are entered into the project management system
  • Create and manage tasks in the project management tool as tasks progress through the stages of completion, including keeping the client-facing board up to date
  • Perform meticulous quality checks and testing on project- and campaign-related deliverables 
  • Track and report on engagement budgets and client health on a weekly basis 
  • Ensure that CRM records are updated on a weekly basis
  • Work with the Regional Director to create and maintain milestone records to accurately forecast client revenue and ensure that invoices go out to clients in accordance with the contracted payment schedule 
  • Support retainer renewal conversations with the client in a timely manner to ensure retainers do not lapse 
  • Identify account retention and expansion opportunities, and in conjunction with SME’s you will support conversations with clients about those opportunities


We’ll expect you to have: 


  • Permission to legally work in Ireland
  • A post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in marketing, communications, or business. 
  • Some relevant experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate details
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortably handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence in advising clients on how to proceed in order to achieve their goals
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure
  • Ability to facilitate organization of project details
  • Ability to work within an assigned budget
  • * HubSpot experience a plus
  • * Teamwork.com experience is a plus


It would also be great (but not essential) for you to have the following: 


  • Experience creating and or editing email marketing campaigns on platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar. 
  • You have experience editing websites on popular CMS platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress.
  • You have managed projects in tools like Teamwork, Asana, or similar.
  • You have a few HubSpot Academy certifications, specifically Inbound Marketing, Inbound Sales, and/or CMS for Marketers.

Location

This is a flexible hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland. During the first few months of employment, you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

Pay range for this position is € 55,320 - € 64,540
