Inside Sales Account Manager – Healthcare Parts
Location: Solon, OH | In-Office (5 days/week) | Travel 5–10%

We are looking for a driven, high-energy sales professional to own and grow a book of business in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a revenue-generating role where you will manage inbound demand, build pipeline, and close transactional sales that directly impact customer operations and healthcare delivery. What You’ll Do
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Generate new transactional parts sales within assigned accounts to meet revenue and margin targets
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer equipment and service needs
- Manage pricing, proposals, and negotiations to close profitable business
- Execute consistent follow-up to drive pipeline conversion and growth
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, HTM, and procurement stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
- Deliver consultative guidance on parts sourcing, availability, and alternatives
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention across assigned accounts
Operational Execution & Collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, purchasing, and operations teams onsite
- Ensure timely, accurate processing of quotes, orders, and documentation
- Monitor account performance and communicate insights to leadership
- Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking
Market Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze customer trends, pricing, and competitive dynamics
- Gather market intelligence and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, responsiveness, and customer experience
- Participate in industry events and team meetings (5–10% travel)
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales, account management, or healthcare-related experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and retention goals
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, in-office sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Preferred: Knowledge of diagnostic imaging, medical parts sourcing, or healthcare supply chain
