Account Manager

ReWorks Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service.
- Understand client goals and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to build loyalty and trust.
- Manage the execution of projects and ensure alignment with client expectations and requirements.
- Monitor account performance and initiate regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify up-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and resolution of client issues.
- Prepare and present reports that detail account activity, performance, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a diverse team.
