Account Manager - Retail Media (all genders)

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients, with a strong focus on activation
• Communicate, present, and actively sell marketing campaigns across the entire marketing funnel and - depending on the partner - provide managed services for our tools
• Independently plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Graphic Design, Retail, Partner Business, and Marketplace)
• Support partners in setting up Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content campaigns
• Analyze and review campaigns, including KPI evaluation, and derive optimization opportunities
• Provide operational support within your team and assist your lead on projects and within the managed service area
• Prepare offers and invoices using the CRM tool Salesforce

• Degree in business, media, communications, or a comparable qualification
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in account management, CRM, sales, or project management, ideally in e-commerce
• Proficient in MS Office
• Customer-oriented and communicative, with enthusiasm for working with partners
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers
• Solution-oriented mindset and hands-on attitude
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
