The company collects spatial data using mobile mapping systems and implements the SmartGEM system for road infrastructure and urban space management.
The company delivers projects for local government units, public administration, and private sector clients.
We are looking for a person to join the sales team who will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients from the public administration sector. If you have experience in B2B/B2G sales and want to work with innovative Smart City solutions — this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
Identifying client needs and advising on optimal solutions
Selling the company’s solutions, primarily to local government units (JST)
Acquiring new clients and conducting active direct sales
Holding sales meetings (online and onsite) with public sector clients
Delivering presentations and leading sales negotiations
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
Building long-term client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service
Preparing commercial offers tailored to client needs and compliant with public procurement law (PZP)
Analyzing tender documentation and collaborating with the team on bid submissions
Preparing multimedia presentations and proposal documents
Monitoring the market and analyzing competitor activities
Reporting sales activities in the CRM system

Collaborating with sales, technical, and marketing teams, including international teams within the Cyclomedia group

Requirements
Requirements
Experience in B2B/B2G sales, preferably within the local government sector or working with institutional clients
Ability to conduct presentations and business meetings
Practical knowledge of public procurement processes and tender documentation (SIWZ/SWZ)
Experience working with CRM systems and reporting sales activities
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Very good organizational skills, independence, and consistency
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Creativity, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset
Availability and willingness to travel for business (Category B driving license required)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Knowledge of how local government administration (JST) operates
Experience in selling IT systems, GIS, or smart city solutions
Practical knowledge of public procurement processes and tender documentation (SIWZ/SWZ)
Familiarity with modern tools supporting and automating sales
Interest in smart city topics, geoinformation, or geographic information systems (GIS)
Higher education (e.g., spatial planning, geodesy and cartography, geoinformatics, geography, public administration)
