We are hiring an Account Manager to join our Medical Communications team. This role supports a global growth account within an interesting and evolving therapy area, delivering work across publications and medical affairs.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys a mix of deliverables, managing projects, working with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will:

• Manage medical communications projects across publications and medical affairs deliverables
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Act as a client-facing contact, supporting day-to-day communication and building strong working relationships
• Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances, with support from senior team members
• Work closely with writers, editors, and account team colleagues
• Identify risks or issues early and propose practical solutions
• Contribute ideas and improvements to ways of working

What we're looking for

Required experience and skills:

• Experience working in medical communications
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Experience in financial tracking and budget management
• Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and use initiative
