At Lyra Health, we are on a mission to transform access to life-changing mental health care. Following our rapid expansion across Europe, we are looking for a strategic, empathetic, and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Belgium.
As the primary point of contact for our Belgian corporate partners, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between innovative technology and human-centric care. You won’t just be managing accounts; you’ll be a consultant and advocate for workforce wellbeing, helping organizations navigate the cultural and legal nuances of the Belgian market.
Responsibilities
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
As the primary local point of contact for assigned International accounts, you will cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships.
You will also serve as a crucial liaison with Global Account Managers, ensuring client requests are effectively communicated and resolved.
Understand client needs and objectives to ensure that our products and services meet their requirements.
Regularly review account performance and provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.
Address any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account growth, customer retention, and new business development.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including market expansion and upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
Responsible for responding and submitting tenders relevant to the territory.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
Manages the implementation of the customer programme, liaising with all internal departments to facilitate a smooth launch and onboarding, and ensure that all contracting and supplier registration processes are completed before the launch date.
Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new business development.
About You
You have several years corporate B2B sales experience
Experience within EAP or healthcare sales is advantageous
Fluency in English, French & Dutch/Flemish is mandatory
Experience with CRMs - salesforce ideally
Strong relationship building
Remote based position but comfortable travelling to customers in Belgium as required
