🚀 Your Role

  • The perfect mix of Sales & Customer Success: You manage the entire customer journey, from the first consultation to long-term support.

  • Consult & convince: You advise parents and students, recommend the best learning solutions, and match them with the right tutors.

  • Close deals: You successfully close contracts and inspire families with our tutoring packages.

  • Build strong customer relationships: You manage your own client portfolio, drive retention, and continuously improve the learning experience.

  • Upselling & referrals: You increase revenue through strategic upselling and actively encourage referrals.

  • Native-level fluency in Korean: You communicate confidently and professionally with parents and students.

  • Professional conversational English: You can collaborate and communicate effectively with an international, English-speaking team.

  • Strong sales mindset & entrepreneurial drive: You are motivated by targets, take ownership, and enjoy building something from the ground up.

  • Excellent communication skills: You listen actively, build trust, and find solutions that truly fit customer needs.

  • Experience in sales or customer service (a plus)

  • Experience working with CRM systems (a plus)
