About the Role
Koala Health is looking for a Partner Account Manager to own the ongoing success of our clinic partners. This role is focused on partner implementation, relationship management, and operational execution, ensuring clinic partners are set up for success and continue to see value from their partnership with Koala. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinic partners, guiding them through onboarding, supporting day-to-day needs, driving adoption of Koala workflows, and helping practices improve outcomes such as prescription adherence, client engagement, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, solving operational challenges, and working cross-functionally to deliver a great partner experience.
What You'll Do:
Own the implementation and ongoing relationship management for assigned clinic partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and continued success post-launch
Drive adoption of Koala workflows and operational best practices that improve compliance, client engagement, and prescription fulfillment
Partner closely with internal teams (Pharmacy, Operations, Product, Growth) to resolve issues, surface insights, and support partner needsMonitor partner performance and engagement metrics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
Support clinics through operational questions, changes, and ongoing optimization of their Koala partnership
Build strong, trusted relationships with practice leaders and staff to maintain alignment and long-term engagement
Communicate partner feedback, trends, and opportunities clearly to internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to partner health, performance, and action plans
What We're Looking For:
3 + years of experience in account management, customer success, operations, or practice management
Experience working with external partners or clients in a relationship-driven role
Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working directly with clinic leadership and staff
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or adjacent industries is a strong plus
