To successfully handle the tasks, you should have:

Upper-intermediate or higher level of proficiency in English (knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage as clients are from the whole world).
- Higher education in philology or marketing.
- 1+ year of experience working with clients.
- Experienced PC user, familiar with Google services.
Responsibilities:
- Consult clients regarding platform functions (via chat, email).
- Communicate over the phone with existing and potential clients.
- Assist clients in choosing a promotion strategy for their products on our platform.
- Regularly check client activity and their results on the platform.
- Fill out reports on client interaction.
