Account Manager

You will blend relationship management, strategic planning, and technical understanding to drive renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams, you will play a key role in shaping customer experience and influencing product adoption. You will contribute directly to scalable processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers, ensuring strong, trusted relationships
  • Drive renewals by aligning customer goals with platform outcomes and delivering consistent value
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales to grow account revenue
  • Build executive-level relationships and act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning sessions to reinforce value and uncover new use cases
  • Manage escalations, forecast account risk and growth, and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Support to remove blockers and enhance customer experience
  • Contribute to the development of scalable playbooks and account management best practices
  • Requirements:
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles, preferably in SaaS, infrastructure, or technology-driven environments
  • Proven ability to drive customer renewals, retention, and measurable account expansion
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both operational users and executive stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to assess account health, prioritize actions, and manage competing priorities
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bonus: experience in municipal, contractor, engineering, infrastructure, or AI-driven product environments
