Your Mission
We are looking for an Account Manager B2B intern for 6 months ideally starting in Jan 2026 to join the Account/Ops B2B Team at BlaBlaCar Daily. Their mission is to support our clients in the implementation of our solution, the growth of carpooling journeys, and the sustainability of BlaBlaCar Daily as a transport solution for the region. You will be reporting to the B2B Communication Manager and working with a team of 7 people.
Your responsibilities
Manage BtoB customer relations as part of our partnerships: in a one to many perspective, you will address welcome messages from our corporate customers and reply to our accounts questions in a quick & accurate manner
Listen to their needs and questions and help them to understand the reports
Ensure that our Salesforce database of clients B(2G)B2 is well set up
Identify suggestions frequently made to the B2B customer service department and suggest improvements to your manager & Communication Manager.
