As Account Manager at ITG, you will take on the crucial responsibility of providing an outstanding service to one of ITG's largest and most exciting clients.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. In this dynamic position, you’ll build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly, on time, and within agreed SLAs. You’ll take ownership of BAU tasks, manage end-to-end print enquiries, and lead on accurate reporting and data-driven insights that shape campaign success.
With a focus on training and team development, you’ll help us stay agile through peaks and troughs, while championing best practice and driving continuous improvement.
