  • Act as Tier 1 support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Share product updates and gather client feedback
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, friendly and professional presence
  • Ability to manage a high volume of client interactions
  • Organized and comfortable multitasking

Experience & Tools

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Marketing or analytics tools are a plus
