About the role


At ROAD, we’re accelerating the shift to sustainable mobility — and we’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Account Manager Germany to help us build strong, lasting partnerships across the region.
In this role, your primary focus will be to manage and grow relationships with clients in the German region. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to help shape client journeys and continuously improve our offering.

Key Responsibilities


  • Build and manage long-term relationships with clients across the German region.
  • Act as the main point of contact, understanding client goals and proactively offering tailored solutions.
  • Support new clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handover from Sales or Marketing.
  • Prepare and present product demos to potential clients, clearly showcasing how our solution fits their needs.
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with Product and Operations teams.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and the evolving e-mobility landscape to better support clients.
  • Occasionally support business development with warm leads and strategic opportunities.


Salary
€2.600 – €3.500 per month
