You will join the Account Performance Management (APM) team, composed of 1 APM Lead and 5 Account Performance Managers. We are looking for a new Account Manager to work with merchants in the fashion industry, supporting them in their business growth and long-term strategy. The APM scope represents 95% of Alma’s merchants and 40% of its margin, making this role critical to the company’s success.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 350 merchants, both online and offline, primarily in the fashion sector. These merchants generate an average annual turnover of €100k to €1M with Alma.
While most accounts are currently based in France, Alma’s international growth strategy means you will also manage international merchants. Using performance dashboards and analytical tools, your mission is to identify growth opportunities, maximize merchant potential, and anticipate risks, including behaviors that could lead to merchant churn.
Stay up to date with fashion industry trends to better support merchants and anticipate market changes
You will also maintain strong, long-term relationships with your merchant portfolio.
