The Enterprise Tech sales team represents the full breadth of Informa TechTarget’s brand to demand product solutions to the technology market. This role focuses on uncovering and expanding revenue streams across a comprehensive set of brand, content, demand, and intent offerings to a designated territory of top customers and prospects.

At Informa TechTarget, an Account Manager will play a vital role in growing Informa TechTarget's integrated product portfolio. In this role, the Account Manager will manage a territory of commercial and midmarket accounts focused on new customer acquisition, client retention, relationship building, and revenue expansion.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Executing on outbound sales motions into assigned territory
  • Generating qualified leads and setting sales appointments
  • Interacting with senior level sales and marketing persons across target prospect accounts
  • Delivery and articulation of Informa TechTarget’s value proposition as it relates to prospect goals and objectives
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing clients in assigned territory
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current client base
  • Conducting regular client reviews and strategy sessions to ensure satisfaction and alignment
  • Developing and implementing account growth strategies
  • Managing renewal processes and ensuring client retention
  • Quarterly and Annual delivery of assigned account territory quota

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 1-3 years B2B sales experience in media, demand generation, and/or technology marketing solutions.
  • Proven success prospecting, expanding, and cross-selling within a territory
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with marketing decision-makers.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Data-driven, comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) and leveraging intent and analytics platforms.
  • Willingness to learn, adopt AI tools, and continuously improve sales and productivity methods.

The salary range for this role is $60,000- $70,000 + commission, based on experience.
