About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager (Education) to grow our education customer base across Victoria. You will work with key education customers, identify opportunities, and deliver technology solutions that make a real impact in learning environments.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Grow revenue through a mix of new business and existing education accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including ICT teams, business managers, procurement and leadership groups
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans aligned to customer needs
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting through to proposal, close, delivery and ongoing support
  • Identify opportunities across solutions, managed services and technology refresh programs
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts and sales reporting
  • Contribute to the culture and success of the VIC branch through collaboration and initiative

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in B2B solution sales (technology, managed services or education experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Experience developing strategic account plans and meeting revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong discipline in pipeline management, forecasting and follow-up
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivation, accountability and a consultative selling mindset
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and working rights

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
